Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to love what you order from LeafShop! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items like bath toys, open-box products, or discounted sale items may not be eligible for return.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
4. Refunds
